Leadership Institute Advisory BoardThe Northern California Local Government Leadership Institute Advisory Board actively contributes to the Leadership Development Program to integrate their expert perspective and local government experience. The purpose of the advisory board is to provide the overall strategic vision and direction for the Northern California Local Government Institute, a joint continuing education program of CSU, Chico and Humboldt State University . The advisory board will advise the universities in the areas of program goals and objectives, curriculum development, faculty selection, scheduling, pricing, and marketing. The advisory board is essential to overall program quality, evaluation, and on-going development efforts. Advisory Board Goals:
The advisory board is comprised of county, city, special district, and tribal government representatives drawn from a variety of geographic areas. The board will meet twice during the first quarter of our project year, mid-July and again in late August or early Sept. Following the initial planning sessions, the board will meet quarterly with e-mail and phone communication between meetings as necessary. Advisory Board Members
