► Parking on our campus is challenging at any time of the year, but this summer the area around the parking garage is under construction. While the parking garage is still open, you may only be able to access it from either 1st or 2nd streets, depending on the level of construction. To complicate this further, we won’t know until each morning of the conference which street will be available for access. Once in the parking garage you will need to park on the 3rd floor to avoid a ticket.
Alternatively, you can park in the University lot one block west of the parking structure at 2nd and Orange Street (gravel lot adjacent to the railroad tracks). There also should be plenty of street parking, free and metered, for your use to the south of campus. Meter fees are 25 cents per 30 minutes.
Do not park in the University lots directly across from the BMU or the Performing Arts Center or you may be ticketed by University Police.
